As vice president of marketing, Lydia Frank uses the art and science of strategic storytelling to showcase the incredible power of mentorship in developing employees, transforming organizational culture from the inside out, and ensuring every employee feels connected to and supported by their organization.

Prior to Chronus, Lydia served in a number of marketing roles at PayScale. She is a strong advocate for creating more accessible paths to power for women, people of color, and other historically marginalized groups in the labor market and economy. She has been a frequent speaker and media commentator on this topic and has contributed related content to various publications including Harvard Business Review, Money, Fortune, TechCrunch.
 


Louis Desforges

Assistant Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, L’Oreal

Louis Desforges is the assistant vice president of DEI at L’Oreal USA, the largest subsidiary of the L’Oréal Group, the world’s leading beauty company. Louis is responsible for shaping the diversity efforts for L’Oréal USA as a business imperative to build the standard in making beauty inclusive, which highlights the value of all forms of beauty while respecting and reflecting the differences of our rapidly changing marketplace.

In his role, Louis leads the veteran’s strategy, a robust plan that encompasses the attraction, mentoring, retention, and development of veterans within L’Oréal. Leveraging his recruitment experience, he also leads the DEI alignment with talent acquisition in a collaborative effort to advance diverse recruitment across all dimensions. As of 2022, Louis is also head of DEI for the Luxury division - a 2,000 person organization across 8 brands, retail and commercial operations.

 


Elizabeth Hoban

Director of Talent Management, LMI

Beth Hoban is the director of talent management at LMI. She is a dynamic program manager experienced in leading enterprise-wide, strategic training initiatives in large complex organizations with disbursed team members and clients. She has spent her career assessing critical business issues, designing, delivering, and measuring programs in all phases of the employee life cycle.

Previously, Beth was a senior international organizational development consultant and executive coach at Asian Development Bank. She has built partnerships, grown talent, and implemented system and culture transformations for organizations big and small.
 
 


Kimbra Brookstein
Kimbra Brookstein

Staff Program Manager, Intuit

Kimbra Brookstein is staff program manager for tech women at Intuit, an internal initiative focused on attracting, retaining, and advancing women technologists. In this role, she uses her passion both at the local and global levels to help carry out strategic programming.

In 2021, Kimbra was named to the Board of Directors of #LatinaGeeks as vice chair, named as one of the “Women Of Influence In Technology” by the San Diego Business Journal and won the Athena Pinnacle Award for “Individual In Technology.” She is a connecter with deep ties to the San Diego tech scene and is passionate about providing pathways for underrepresented groups in tech.
