Canakkale Edwards is a Learning and Talent Consultant with Health Care Service Corporation and the program lead for one of the organizations core leadership development programs targeting supervisors and managers. Collectively, she has over 20 years of experience in Learning and Development, Performance Improvement, Training Operations Management and Instructional Design. Prior to starting her career with Health Care Services Corporation in 2012, Canakkale worked in the transportation, hospitality and telecommunications industries focusing on employee development. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her 3 boys, visiting new restaurants, and a good bowling match!
