For more than 25 years, Julie Hess has worked with clients to achieve breakthrough results. Today she focuses on her executive coaching practice and supporting the development of other coaches as a coach supervisor and educator. In 2022, Julie co-authored her first book Do Your Best Coaching: Navigating a Coaching Engagement From Start to Finish. Julie holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business, earned her initial coach certification from the Hudson Institute, is a CSA accredited coach supervisor, and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
