For over 25 years, Julie Hess has worked with clients to achieve breakthrough results. Today she focuses on her executive coaching practice and supporting the development of other coaches as a coach supervisor and educator. In 2022 Julie co-authored her first book Do Your Best Coaching: Navigating a Coaching Engagement From Start to Finish. Julie holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business, earned her initial coach certification from the Hudson Institute, is a CSA accredited coach supervisor and holds a PCC from the International Coach Federation.
