Lori Smith is the VP of Revenue, responsible for the sales, solution consulting, partnership, account, and customer success management functions at PeopleFluent. She has more than 17 years of experience working with clients in the talent acquisition, talent management, and learning software industry.

As a former L&D practitioner, Lori has worked directly for various organizations across multiple industries to leverage HR technologies to improve business results. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Lakeland College. When she’s away from her desk, Lori loves spending time with her husband and three young boys, ideally outside where everyone can enjoy the sunshine and stay active. She is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
