Lisa has been involved in delivering training, consulting, and facilitating spanning 20 years. Her primary focus has been within the Accounting software industry and currently she works as a Senior Consultant within the Professional Services department at Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting. Within this role, her responsibilities include delivering training, consulting and custom services. During Lisa’s professional career, she has worked with hundreds of accounting firms and businesses on successfully implementing software and adapting to the associated cultural changes. Lisa also plays a significant internal role at Thomson Reuters increasing the knowledge count of colleagues across the organization.

Lisa earned the CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) and Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) certification. She is a Past President for the Ann Arbor Association forTalent Development and leads the chapter's international CPTD Study Group, helping the candidates earn their own certification.
