Jennifer Burnett has spent her career managing change, resolving business challenges, and executing talent strategy. She has more than 20 years’ experience as both a business leader and consultant in talent acquisition, talent management, talent analytics, and strategic workforce planning. Currently, Jennifer is the principal consultant for talent analytics as part of the thought leadership and advisory services team of Cornerstone OnDemand. Cornerstone is a world leader in delivering cloud-based unified talent management solutions to more than 25 million users in 42 countries.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Jennifer held executive HR positions at Bank of America and CSX Transportation, and has provided consulting services to a variety of clients including manufacturing, mining, healthcare, and education. She earned a PhD from the College of Business at the University of Florida in the field of organizational behavior and human resource management, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Rollins College.
