Stacy oversees a global team of individuals working in Business Project Management and Learning Services. Her team's focus is on change to improve quality, reduce costs, or accelerate schedules that support PPD's core business, drug development. Stacy's team has been instrumental in PPD receiving the Training Top 125 award for the past several years, the ASTD BEST Award and Brandon Hall Excellence Award (Gold medal in "Best use of virtual worlds" category).
Leanne has been working in clinical research for 11 years, particularly focusing on training for the last eight years. System training has been her forte, working to make technical training easy and accessible to all users with different levels of knowledge and experience. Since 2011, Leanne's primary focus has been on the modality of using a virtual world for training; adapting training content to the 3D model, coaching trainers and trainees to embrace this emerging training method and integration of the new training solution at departmental and global levels.
