Tracy Maylett is the CEO of DecisionWise, Inc., which is headquartered in Provo, Utah, with associates across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and clients across the world. Paul Warner is the Director of Consulting Services for DecisionWise, Inc. He holds a dual Ph.D. in Clinical and Industrial Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Paul leads employee engagement programs with organizations around the world.
