  • Created webinar via a user with Eastern Time zone, it shows 2pm ET.
  • For a user in GMT, it showed 7pm GMT
  • Signed in as GMT user, I hit submit, it saved as 8pm GMT
  • I hit submit again, it saved as 9pm GMT 
  • I reset it to 7pm GMT by saving as 6pm GMT
  • WorldTimeBuddy says on 10/29 2pm EDT is 6pm GMT (it's off by 1 hour)
  • Signed in again as an ET user, it shows 2pm , submit and still shows 2pm.
