Annabelle Reitman has more than 40 years of experience in career coaching and counseling, specializing in résumé development that targets clients’ individualized professional stories as well as short-term coaching for people in work transitions, enabling them to successfully continue their career journey. Reitman is an established writer and author in the career and talent management arenas. Her latest publication is ASTD’s Infoline, “Talent Engagement Across the Generations” (March 2013). She is co-author of a forthcoming coordinator’s handbook for mentoring partnership programs, a model developed with Sylvia Benatti, to be published by ASTD Press in the spring of 2014. Reitman holds doctorate and master’s degrees in higher education administration from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Caitlin Williams, PhD, is an author, speaker, trainer, and coach whose passion is bringing out the very best in the people she works with. Williams helps individuals and organizations identify opportunities to shine through improved performance, the demonstration of strengths, and the pursuit of making a difference in the world. Originally from Ohio, Williams spent the last eight years living and teaching in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley. She recently moved to Asheville, North Carolina, where she continues to coach and speak about workplace issues and about the value of focusing on strengths in work and in life.
