He is a principal of HSA LEARNING & PERFORMANCE SOLUTIONS LLC (www.hsa-lps.com), an international consulting firm. He is a past president of ISPI. Harold received the 2003 President’s Award for Lifetime Achievements from the Canadian Society for Training and Development, their highest honor. In 2004, he and his team won the ASTD Outstanding Research Award for their work on Incentives, Motivation and Workplace Performance.
