Jamie Gassmann, vice president of marketing with R3 Continuum, ensures marketing strategy and key initiatives are in alignment with marketplace needs and trends. George L. Vergolias, PsyD, CTM, chief clinical officer at R3 Continuum, oversees all of R3’s clinical service areas. He leads R3’s Leadership Support, Clinical Risk, and Workplace Violence programs, and has directly assessed or managed more than 1,000 cases related to threat of violence or self-harm, sexual assault, stalking, and communicated threats. As an expert in restoring and fostering workplace resilience, Dr. Vergolias is a sought-after international speaker and entrepreneur.
Jeff Gorter, MSW, LCSW, is vice president of clinical crisis response at R3 Continuum. Mr. Gorter brings more than 30 years of clinical experience including consultation and extensive on-site critical incident response to businesses and communities. He has responded directly to the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Hurricane Katrina, the Virginia Tech shootings, the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, the earthquake/tsunami in Japan, the Newtown tragedy, the Orlando Pulse nightclub shooting, the Las Vegas Route 91 Music Festival shooting, and the breach of the U.S. Capitol on 1/6/21.
