Jennifer M. Ramovs is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Actionstep. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Political Science, and then earned her law degree from Capital University Law School while working full time as a law clerk at Decker, Vonau in Columbus, Ohio. Jennifer became a trusted management and technology advisor to law firms and legal departments in 2004. Prior to joining Actionstep in 2024, she spent nearly 18 years with Affinity Consulting Group, where she worked with law firms and legal departments to analyze workflow and to identify processes, policies, and appropriate technology to support law firm’s operational and financial goals, all while working to maximize both productivity and profitability. She is well versed in most of the practice management programs on the market and in use today, and has helped hundreds of law firms convert systems, customize their new systems, learn the new software, and manage the change that any new technology ecosystem brings with it. Through the years, Jennifer has taught numerous CLE approved legal technology courses for state and local bar associations and has been a presenter for multiple ALA chapters across the Midwest. She has been a presenter at ABA TECHSHOW. Jennifer works from her home in Northeast Ohio, where she lives with her husband of 17 years, her 3 teenaged children, her rescued Silky Terrier and her rescued tuxedo kitten.
