Jennifer Crowfoot, MSc, is the learning leader for Baker Tilly’s consulting practice. She is responsible for developing and deploying functional and technical training solutions to meet the needs for continuous development of consulting practitioners. Jennifer has over 25 years of learning and development experience in various industries, focusing on facilitation, curriculum development, adult learning, communications, and change management. Jennifer earned her bachelor of liberal arts in speech communication and a master of science in educational human development, both from Texas A&M University. Jennifer was the 2008 recipient of the Learning Leader of the Year Award at Perspectives, and her team received the Learning in Emerging Business Achievement Award in 2010. Jennifer has also participated as a speaker and panelist at several learning & development conferences and events.
Allison Patterson, CPTD, leads Baker Tilly’s industry learning, designing learning programs that develop industry acumen across service lines. Allison has 20+ years of operations leadership, systems, and training experience. Having earned a BS in food service management from Johnson & Wales University, Allison went on to develop hospitality training programs. She was a certified instructor and proctor for the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe™ program. She was also an adjunct professor and program coordinator for an award-winning culinary arts workforce development program at Virginia Peninsula Community College. Allison later developed a passion for digital transformation. She ran a consultancy for several years that helped smaller companies implement and integrate software systems, optimizing their end-to-end business processes and designing the training and change management for such initiatives. She’s implemented multiple learning management systems and has extensive experience in digital design, curriculum strategy, and project management.
