In this webcast, Ellen Weber shares a brain-based approach to transform monotonous meetings into profitable gatherings. Join this interactive webcast to put an end to deadbeat business sessions restricted by boring, out-of-touch agendas. You'll learn how to run meetings that no longer tank innovation or silence capable voices. It takes a change of mindset, along with rejuvenated approaches, to design and run more engaging meetings at work. But before you revamp your sessions, you may need to take a closer look at how to stir creativity and fire up innovation on your staff. Over one hour, you'll explore practical strategies that will help you and your staff derive the utmost value from your meetings. You'll also learn about the latest neurological research that links serotonin (a neurotransmitter thought to boost feelings of happiness) with improved job performance, and how you can use this research to inject more productivity and energy into meetings. You'll address common problems with meetings, such as content overload, detractors who seem to prefer ruts to renewal, death by PowerPoint, bullies who dominate the conversation, poor agenda tactics, wasted time, too few voices heard, and technology glitches that rob communication.
