As disruption is rapidly becoming the norm in healthcare, how do we prepare our leaders to thrive in this uncertain environment?

Are you ready to re-examine and revitalize your leadership development initiatives to better equip leaders with the crucial skills to evolve, excel, and connect?

The healthcare industry tackles constant disruption, providing a textbook case of a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment that must acquire, use, and grow talent to thrive.
Talent development professionals must ensure employees develop the skills they need to succeed and maintain their mental health, while managing their busy schedules, the demands of their shift work, and the need to maintain staffing ratios, among other factors.
How do we prepare our leaders to thrive in this uncertain environment? How can we re-examine and revitalize existing leadership development programs as well as create new initiatives to better equip leaders with the crucial skills to evolve, excel, and connect?

Join our conversation with three healthcare leaders sharing their organizations’ diverse leadership challenges, the unique solutions they designed and implemented, and the impacts these solutions have had on individual and organizational success.

Tiffany Dale (University Health in San Antonio), Trevor Walker (Atrium Health), and Rhonda Harris (GMHC) will share their experiences with how to build a leadership development program from scratch, infuse culture through leadership mentoring circles, and make a leadership style shift with emphasis on human skills: resilience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.
