Associate Director, ATD

Holly Batts is associate director of ATD's Certification Institute and has more than 15 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Her background in developing and maintaining certification programs includes mid- to high-stakes assessments, extensive work with organizing SMEs, and a thorough understanding of the certification process. Holly holds a master of science degree in organizational leadership as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Association Executive (CAE) certifications.


Samantha Stone
Samantha Stone

Learning and Organizational Development Program Director, Northwell Health

Samantha Stone is a learning and organizational development program director at the Center for Learning and Innovation at Northwell Health. In her current role, she works in collaboration with subject matter experts across her organization to develop and deliver ongoing education that address the various needs of healthcare leaders throughout the leadership life cycle. She is also an active member of multiple committees and employee resource groups at her organization that promote wellness, diversity and inclusion, improving workplace culture, professional development, and community outreach. Prior to her role at Northwell Health, Samantha worked for a local City University of New York (CUNY) community college, developing curricula for and facilitating writing and test-preparatory workshops for students, including English language learners and students with disabilities. She earned a master’s degree in communications and is an APTD credential holder.


Jennifer Baker, APTD
Jennifer Baker, APTD

Sr. Manager, Team & People Development, Port City Logistics

Jennifer is the Sr. Manager of Team and People Development for Port City Logistics, responsible for creating and implementing strategies that will develop and retain high-performing team members. She has 20 years of experience in learning & development, beginning her career in the hospitality field as a Training Manager for an international internship company. She has also served as the Sales Training Specialist for Hargray Communications and the Director of Education for the Missouri Health Care Association. Jennifer received her APTD in September of 2020 and is currently preparing for the CPTD.  


Anthony Breeze
Anthony Breeze

Sr. Training and Retention Specialist, Sanders

Anthony Breeze is a Sr. Training and Development Specialist, and has been in the industry for over 10 years. He has a Masters Degree in Transformative (Organizational) Leadership and holds certifications from the Society of Human Resources as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and the Association of Talent Development as a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD). He is adept in organizational development, content development, and program implementation. Anthony has primarily been in the construction industry, but most recently decided to follow his passion working with youth and started The Change for Youth Foundation, Inc. This program focuses on providing at-risk youth with the skills necessary to be successful in life through mentorship and career planning. Anthony volunteers on workforce committees geared toward solving employment barriers and whenever he is not with family he enjoys golfing.
