Jenifer Sanders is an experienced facilitator, organization development consultant, trainer, and executive coach with deep knowledge of a range of psychological assessments and facilitative processes. With a master’s degree in organization development and extensive experience in adult education, Jen has led the development of OKA’s online and blended learning development programs, including EQi certification courses and advanced application courses in report interpretation and team and organizational applications. She is also an experienced instructor, program manager, and executive coach. In each of these activities, Jenifer calls on her expert facilitation skills to adeptly move diverse audiences forward in reaching their program goals.
Experienced with both federal and private sector clients, Jen’s goal with her client engagements and the products she authors is to develop the personal and professional growth of the individuals and teams OKA supports. Jenifer is a certified Master Practitioner in EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® emotional intelligence assessments, the Influence Style Indicator, the Change Style Indicator, and the Decision Style Profile. She is also certified in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, the Pearman Personality Integrator, and other industry-leading tools.
Cory Hawkins is learning and development manager in the talent management space at OneAmerica. In this role, she has had the opportunity to create new learning collections, implement assessments, plan and execute Leadership Summit, and create cohort-based internal development programs. Leadership, community, and innovation are her core values.
