Over the past few years, healthcare leaders have been incorporating the principles, policies and programs of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to impact their employees, patients, members, and communities, to varying degrees of success. Societal factors continuously change expectations and demands from these constituencies, as internal organizational changes affect how DEI is embedded and operationalized. But what exactly is included in the umbrella term “DEI”? What drives impactful programming and interventions that improve patient outcomes? How should leaders model an inclusive culture of engagement? And who is essential in ensuring that DEI is not just the intervention “du jour”, but rather an integrated, practical, and embraced blueprint for success?

Join our distinguished panel of healthcare learning leaders, who will address these questions and share best practices for shifting our DEI training from its current state to a more ideal, future state.
