Rob Hoitt, CPTD is a Professional Development Consultant with Leidos, a Fortune 500 corporation specializing in federal services. A true “accidental trainer,†came into learning and development after a decade working in the television broadcast industry. Rob has now spent nearly 20 years in the learning and development industry specializing in leadership development and technical training. In addition to becoming a member of the first cohort to attain the Associate Professional of Talent Development certification and earned his Certified Professional in Talent Development credential as part of the 2020 pilot, Rob holds a BA in Education Studies from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International.
Celeste Stratton has extensive experience serving the learning development industry. She has worked for international organizations such as Johns Hopkins and several colleges in the Washington, DC, and Maryland regions. She presently serves as an instructional designer for the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Her contributions to talent development earned her Program of the Year and Instructional Designer of the Year recognition from the Maryland Distance Learning Association. Celeste is deeply committed to strengthening the personal capability of local youth through her startup, STEMcoach.
Aya Medhat is an enthusiastic training professional with 15+ years of experience managing training projects and learning activities, designing and delivering training on soft skills and technical topics based on the trainees needs. Aya works with external training providers, internal instructors and SMEs across seven countries.
Aya achieved her Certified Professional in Talent Develpoment (CPTD) credential in 2020 during the pilot for the new CPTD exam. She also held the Associate Professional in Talent Devleopment (APTD) prior to completing her CPTD certification.. Â
Cheryl Stanley is an innovative learning and development leader with experience teaching, training, leading teams, designing creative learning experiences and developing talent. She served as a classroom teacher in the K-16 environment, teaching face to face and online for 20 years. As a military spouse, she had a wide range of learning and development roles including her most recent as the Lead Instructional Designer with a global FinTech.
Cheryl has her BA from Purdue University and holds a MA in Education from the University of Phoenix. Cheryl earned her Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) in March of 2018 and completed her recertification in 2021. She is the Certifications Director her local Chapter in Dallas, TX and is part of a national cohort that provides two Virtual CPTD/APTD Study Groups each year.
