Sue Kaiden is senior project manager, credentialing for the ATD Certification Institute. In this role, she supports candidates throughout the decision and preparation process and manages recertification for APTD and CPTD credential holders. Prior to joining the CI team, she served as manager of the career development community at ATD where she oversaw content and services related to career development, including ATD's Job Bank.
She is the author of “Keeping Your Career on Track” (TD at Work) and the editor of Find Your Fit: A Practical Guide to Landing a Job You'll Love, a book written with 16 top-notch career coaches, published in October 2016. Kaiden holds a master of business administration degree from Cornell University and recently achieved the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD).
Alicia Fuller is a talent development program leader for Zurich North America, where she primarily supports employees who are stepping into management roles for the first time. Prior to this, she worked for a technology company in various talent roles supporting learning, engagement, and corporate responsibility. She also has experience in nonprofit development and K-12 education. Alicia has a degree in music education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and resides in the Chicago suburbs. She achieved her Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential in 2021.
Shane Jacques has more than a decade of experience in learning and development. He serves as an instructional designer at HORNE, where he helps the firm reimagine its approach to talent development. Shane is an active member of the ATD Austin Chapter. He has been recognized by ATD as a Certified Professional in Talent Development as well as a Master Instructional Designer.
Rosa Espinal-Perry is a skilled HR leader with more than 25 years of experience in industries such as banking, telecommunications, hospitality, and retail.She is a Senior. Human Resources Manager at CareerSource Central Florida, Rosa holds the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential and is working on her bachelor’s in Human Resources Administration with American Public University. Rosa is past president of the ATD Central Florida chapter and serves as a mentor to students who want to become talent development professionals.
Alan Carrig is a Certified Professional in Talent Development working as a learning architect at Lake Trust Credit Union in Michigan. In his role, Alan focuses on designing programs and learning interventions that enable organizational leaders to create strong working relationships and maximize results. Prior to working at Lake Trust, Alan spent more than a decade with Domino’s Pizza in a multitude of roles supporting the learning and development needs of the organization. His experience with Domino's spans work on onboarding programs, contact center training and quality assurance, operations training, leadership development programs, entrepreneurial training, e-learning strategies and design, and global change management initiatives.
