April King has more than 25 years’ experience designing and delivering strategic leadership development initiatives to support organizations in developing high-potential leaders at multiple levels. She has identified success profiles and competency models to develop a pipeline of future leaders. She has consulted with senior executives to create and manage succession planning and performance management processes. April also has significant experience in coaching senior leaders and high-potential executives on their personal development opportunities and action plans.

April joined DDI as a senior consultant in the Hong Kong office, living, working, and supporting various global and local clients across Asia for nine years. She currently lives in Fargo, North Dakota.
