The world of work has undergone significant changes over the last few years. To gain a better understanding of current workplace learning, Emergn conducted a survey in July 2022 with 1,200 professionals, including HR leaders, business leaders, and learners in the US and UK, to understand how they are approaching training in their organizations today. Hear the survey results and learn what L&D professionals can expect next.

In this webinar, you will learn about the sentiments among learners and leaders regarding:

  • The benefits and effectiveness of current workplace learning programs
  • The importance of accessible and relevant workplace learning
  • Strategies for measuring and planning workplace learning programs
  • The impact of effective workplace learning programs on job satisfaction and employee morale
