In the current business environment, managers and the talent development professionals who support them are continually challenged to do more with less. In our search for new ways to develop employees outside the classroom and on a budget, one oft-overlooked option is stretch and rotational assignments. How can we harness the learning and development potential of this business practice? In this interactive webcast, Halelly Azulay will explain the "who, "what," "why," and "how" of using stretch and rotational assignments to develop employee competencies. This webcast will give attendees applicable ideas that can help you bring new value to an existing business practice and new learning opportunities to more employees.
