Mandy Varley, PhD, BCC, MBA, is a behavioral scientist at Torch. She holds a PhD in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Lancaster University and is also a board-certified executive coach. With her breadth of experience in executive coaching, assessment, and business metrics, she is passionate about helping to translate the value of coaching into multiple parts of the business.

Behavioral Scientist, Torch Leadership Labs

Lorien Elleman, PhD, is a behavioral scientist at Torch Leadership Labs. He has more than 15 years of experience in research and analytics, across a broad range of topics, such as statistical learning, mortgage creditworthiness, and geographical psychology. Lorien specializes in psychometrics, the study of how best to measure psychological constructs, from building and administering an assessment to analyzing the collected data.
