Data and results-driven with a desire to break the mold of typical enablement and training, Stephanie isn't afraid to try new things and has a track record of building impact-making and scalable programs at start-up companies, which has led to successful IPOs and acquisitions during her tenure.

Stephanie also has a strong passion for professional community building and is a prominent voice on LinkedIn. She co-founded an enablement Slack channel for professionals to network, share best practices, and get advice from colleagues across industries and the world.

Sam Popcke has been leading the HR function at WorkRamp for three years, where she is responsible for employee onboarding and engagement, benefits, the ERG (Employee Resource Group) program, and strategic people planning. Sam has helped the company grow 10X in size since she joined and particularly enjoys the work she does for WorkRamp.org and Cristo Rey.
