Laurent Balague is a product strategist and learning impact business product owner at Docebo. He is a thought leader in learning analytics and the former CEO and co-founder of Formetris. Docebo provides SaaS solutions to measure and analyze learning impact in terms of new skills, behaviors, and business outcomes at large scale and for all types of programs. Laurent has helped hundreds of companies improve learning performance, through pragmatic, ambitious, and customized evaluation strategies. A graduate of l’Ecole Polytechnique in France, Laurent started his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in France and North America. He then joined Faurecia as a lean manufacturing expert. It was during these first professional experiences that he developed his perspectives on corporate L&D and the necessity of implementing smarter analytics.
