Haniel J. Lynn is the Chief Executive Officer of Kastle Systems International (KSI), the industry leader in managed security solutions. Mr. Lynn joined Kastle in 2018, bringing more than 25 years of global operating and executive management experience growing and scaling enterprises from startup to $1 billion. Prior to Kastle, Mr. Lynn spent 16 years at CEB, now Gartner, and most recently served as Group President of its Best Practices & Decision Support business and member of the company’s executive leadership team. Mr. Lynn graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from the Wharton School. He serves on the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania Libraries and is a member of the Board of Directors of Rise Companies Corporation, an online real estate investment platform.


Todd Burner

Chief Product Officer

Todd Burner is the Chief Product Officer for Kastle Systems International and is responsible for ensuring short- and long-term revenue growth by setting product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for new and existing offerings. Before joining Kastle in 2019, Mr. Burner spent 12 years with CEB, now Gartner, and most recently was the Group Leader for the Talent Acquisition and Analytics business segment serving Chief Human Resource Officers and their teams. Before joining CEB, Mr. Burner held leadership and management roles at Foundation Trust Mortgage, Ameriquest Capital Group, and Mercer Management Consulting. Mr. Burner graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University.
 


Lindsey Staples
Lindsey Staples

Office Administrator, McDermott Will & Emery

Lindsey Staples is the Office Administrator for McDermott Will & Emery’s Northern California offices. As a seasoned law firm administrator, with over 15 years of experience in law firm management, Lindsey’s experience includes managing the day-to-day operations of a law office, with a focus on achieving strategic goals while maintaining a positive firm culture. In addition to her Office Administrator role, Lindsey manages Firmwide physical security at McDermott Will & Emery and has helped lead the efforts on the Firm’s return-to-office plans.


Kimberly Sullivan
Kimberly Sullivan

Kim leads a studio with a focus on delivering outstanding results to her clients across a spectrum of industries. The convergence of Kim’s design and business thinking provides a unique perspective and leadership style, and delivers outcomes that align a client’s vision, operations, and work environment. Kim’s workplace strategy and project management experience includes working with professional services firms such as Hogan Lovells, Akin Gump, and The Brattle Group, as well as hospitality and technology leaders such as Marriott International and Facebook. Kim served on industry panels hosted by Bisnow and CBRE and is a co-founder for the Smith Executive Business Round Table. She received her Bachelor’s in Interior Design from Virginia Tech and her MBA from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.


Raymond Pezzuti

Director, Global Facilities & Operations, Fried Frank

R. Raymond Pezzuti is Director, Global Facilities & Operations at Fried Frank, an international law firm that helps companies, governments and financial institutions achieve their global ambitions. His role includes real estate, facilities and office services functions. His career spans 30 years in facilities, office services and real estate management and he has managed numerous elements of business services including: real estate, construction/project management, security, and more. Prior to his current role, he was Director of Business Support Services at White & Case LLP, Director, Global Business Services at BlackRock, and previously held senior positions at Bank of America and Credit Suisse. Raymond has been a member of IFMA for over two decades and is currently on the board as a Member at Large. Raymond holds a B.A. from City University in Health Services Administration and is a graduate of the Institute of Audio Research with certificates in Analog & Digital Recording.
