Does it ever seem like leadership development is devolving? Successful leadership development should build capability in every part and at every level of an organization.

Attend this webcast and begin to change your perspective from focusing on individual leadership development to enabling collective leadership. This panel of talent development executives will set a vision for a future in which leaders from all parts of an organization (and even from outside of it) will emerge when needed because leadership will be necessary for every job.

Learn how to shift from organizing development options exclusively around hierarchical positions to creating tools and support around critical leadership moments that face people everywhere in the organization. Explore how to mobilize leadership resources from all, and understand how to make these resources available to everyone so that leaders can develop wherever they reside.
