A culture of learning is an organizational culture in which employees continuously seek, share, and apply new knowledge and skills to improve individual and organizational performance.

This webcast provides an updated look (from 2021) at these issues, delivers benchmarking data, and highlights best practices. The research identifies talent and culture practices with statistically significant connections to high business performance.
