COVID-19 significantly disrupted business operations, forcing many companies to shift employees to work from home. One year later, employees are still working at home and many won’t be returning to the office. In this new remote environment, businesses must adopt learning and development (L&D) strategies that can be delivered in a convenient format for employees wherever they are—in the office, traveling, or working from home. Join us to learn how companies are navigating the transition to remote learning and how digital libraries are proving to be a valuable resource. We’ll explore real-world examples and provide best practices for making digital libraries a practical part of L&D in the evolving world of work.

You’ll come away with:
• Best practices for building a digital library, including making sure the e-books and audiobooks are relevant
• Ways to increase awareness of your digital library
• Tips for how to establish the digital resource as part of your organization’s culture
• Insight for how to establish goals and measurements to ensure you get a positive return on your investment
