Jake believes the line between playful and professional is not as big as believed and through infectiously authentic training he bridges the learning gaps to bring people together. He is passionate about encouraging a love of learning as an engine for unleashing creativity, increasing organizational efficiency, and building better relationships.
After working for nearly two decades in the nonprofit sector as a director and national trainer focused on diversity, empathy, equity, safety, and play, Jake made the move to join Go1 to bring his unique experience to the online learning space.
Khristine Greer’s passion for learning began in her years as a director of childcare and teaching second grade. Transitioning to the business environment, her main focus took her to a new level of learning while developing a leadership and an associate engagement program. As a former senior project manager in charge of all vendor relationships for a large enterprise HCM organization, Khristine researched and compiled all of the assets in the L&D toolbox needed to support a 60-thousand-employee company. Khristine continues to be a learning enabler by guiding her enterprise level clients through the rigorous task of building and supplementing their core competency programs. Khristine holds a B.S. in human ecology from The Ohio State University.
