No business has been left untouched by the impact of the pandemic. Every leader is figuring out how to adapt so that their business is positioned for rebound. ATD is working with companies to upskill employees to help them overcome the impacts of the pandemic. You will learn from:

  • Examples of how learning leaders are addressing challenges like the transition to virtual instructor-led training, optimizing learning approaches to reach more learners, and leading an L&D team during uncertain times.
  • Shared questions, challenges, and concerns from the companies that we partner with to ensure that talent development continues to drive the business.

Trainer capability in the COVID-era is critical. Join us to gain knowledge and new insights that you can apply to your L&D team’s efforts today. While the future may be unclear, paralysis is not an option. It’s time to learn and lead.
