As we cope with the ways to engage with colleagues in a distributed environment, one of the conundrums learning professionals are grappling with is returning to face-to-face learning environments. There are many questions to consider as we design, plan, and implement, such as:

• What will face-to-face look like?
• What rules must be followed, and what rules are nice to have?
• How will the physical environment be arranged to accommodate face-to-face?
• What will the design include from a content and practice perspective?
• What are the emotional ramifications for employees who do not feel comfortable being in groups?

Join this pilot Rapid Peer Consult, where Forum members will have a short Q&A discussion using targeted questions submitted and vetted by those who responded to the related OnDemand survey and agreed to participate in further conversations. The consult will use a fishbowl format. Those who are not serving as consultants can attend as “observers of the fishbowl” and even post comments and responses in the chat.
