Nelson Santiago is a talent development professional with more than 22 years of experience in the L&D industry. He currently serves as the Regional Manager for the Americas, Caribbean and Sub-Saharan Africa regions at the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Prior to this role, Nelson was a staff master facilitator for the Education Department at ATD delivering ATD certificate programs globally. He now manages ATD global initiatives in more than 80 countries, develops and supports member networking programs, and facilitates the exchange of knowledge among the global talent development community. He supports professionals around the world to share regional best practices, conduct global benchmarking, and discuss cross-cultural and global talent development challenges. He creates and fosters strategic partnerships with global organizations to leverage their existing learning & talent development networks. Nelson has published several articles in TD Magazine and has spoken at global conferences and workshops globally.
Tatiany Melecchi is a proven global sales trainer leader with more than 17 years of experience and extensive exposure to cross-cultural dynamics in North and South America and the Pacific Rim. Prior to co-founding TRANSFORMA People & Performance, a Brazilian boutique sales consulting firm focused on providing sales and leadership effectiveness solutions to global pharmaceutical enterprises and emerging growth companies, Melecchi spent 12 years working and studying in New Zealand and the United States. She was an active board member of ATD Saint-Louis, Missouri, and co-lead for the LEARN Saint Louis 2013 annual conference.
