An experienced and avid practitioner, with over 25 years of experience, in Management, Operations, Quality, Strategic Planning and Academia, David Dhevarajulu is passionate about workforce transformation and business excellence.
A change maker steeped in valuable experience, David Dhevarajulu leads Singapore’s healthcare transformation as the Executive Director of the Centre for Healthcare Innovation - a co-learning network with a mission to build thought leadership, drive workforce transformation and enable healthcare training through new andragogy. In this role, David helms a team that encourages co-learning and collaborations across borders and industries, facilitate job redesign, drive innovative initiatives and projects, as well as oversee the operations of the Ng Teng Fong Centre for Healthcare Innovation, the largest purpose-built innovation centre with MICE facilities.
Prior to this, David was the Director of various departments including Kaizen, Management Development, Organisational Development (OD) and Operations respectively. With his extensive experience and an acute understanding of both the healthcare industry and human resource transformation, David sits on numerous hospital and cluster committees and workgroups, to provide expert advice and insights. He has successfully driven many organization-wide transformation, staff engagement and change initiatives and has been instrumental in helping the hospital acquire numerous awards and accolades.
For his dedicated and significant contributions to the National Healthcare Group and public service, David was awarded the TTSH Staff Excellence Award (Gold), the NHG Outstanding Citizenship Award and National Day Commendation Medal (2019).
David is an Engineer by training with a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from the Leicester University. He also holds certification in Strategic Planning from the Michigan University, Training and Development from IPD(UK), and Lean Healthcare from the Belmont University Graduate School.
David is a certified Erickson Coach with ICF credentials.
David Hendrick, Jr. has more than 20 years of experience in corporate training. With Tan Tock Seng Hospital, as part of Centre for Healthcare Innovation, he is responsible for enabling the healthcare workforce through defining new learning pedagogies as well as developing the healthcare workforce. In his previous employment with BASF, the largest chemical company in the world, he was responsible for the opening of their Asia Pacific Learning campus—the first outside Germany that focused on training leaders cross Asia Pacific in this multidiscipline organization. Previously, he was employed with Frasers Centrepoint Limited (now Frasers Property) where he was responsible for the learning and organizational development needs of its three core businesses: Frasers Centrepoint Homes, Frasers Centrepoint Malls, and Frasers Hospitality. His role required him to identify opportunities to strengthen and enhance leadership capabilities.
Chan Lee is a professor of vocational education and workforce development (VEWD) at Seoul National University in Korea. He is also a vice president of the Academy of Creativity. Prior to his career at Seoul National University, Lee worked at LG electronics in the United States as a human resource development (HRD) team leader. He holds a doctorate and a master’s degree in human resources development from The Ohio State University. Lee has been a constant participant at ATD and the ATD International Conference & EXPO for last 13 consecutive years as a speaker and a lecturer as well as a member of the ATD for the conference’s Program Advisory Committee (PAC) in 2010 and 2011. He is a chairman of ATD Korea Summit. He was also an invited speaker for Singapore (2011), Taiwan (2014), Japan (2015), Taiwan Asia-Pacific Summit (2019), and this year’s ATD Virtual Conference. He contributed to the books such as Implementing on-the-Job Learning, part of the ATD in Action Series and Destination Facilitation from ATD Press. .
Jenny Wu Yan is the director of human resources for Kohler K&B China. In her current role,
she supports and partners with business unit managers in K&B China in the activities of linking HR practices to the success and strength of the organization. She provides strong strategic direction and guidance in all functions and activities of the human resources department in K&B China to support the continuous business growth. She was previously associate director–HR and talent, Kohler Asia Pacific Corporate Services where she managed functions of regional corporate services such as leadership development, talent management, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, key and critical position hiring, and recruiting processes. Prior to that, she was the head of a global learning academy based in the United States.
With more than 20 years of experience as a senior HR leader and corporate HR specialist, Yan has extensive experience and knowledge in talent management, learning and development, organization development, and global leadership development. She holds a master’s degree in education. She is also certified in coaching, Hogan, DiSC, SLII, and DDI. Yan believes in the potential of every individual and enjoys working on initiatives to unleash such potential for better organizational and personal results.
Wei Wang is the director of International at ATD. In this capacity, she manages ATD International strategic partners from more than 20 countries, develops and supports member convening and networking programs, and facilitates the exchange of knowledge among the global learning and development community. Wei’s other role at ATD is manager of the global perspectives topic. In this role, she supports professionals around the world for them to share regional best practices, conducts global benchmarking, and discusses cross-cultural and global talent development issues.
Wei holds a PhD in human resource development from the Pennsylvania State University, and a master's degree in management from Nankai University in China. She is also a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance. Wei speaks Mandarin and English.
