Knowledge management and knowledge sharing practices can help new employees learn about an organization's systems and practices, provide a way for organizations to capture information from departing employees, give employees access to information they need to perform their jobs effectively, and much more.

This webcast will explore the results from ATD's latest research, which included a survey of 664 talent development professionals and interviews with industry leaders. It will answer questions such as:

  • How can knowledge sharing and knowledge management practices contribute to a culture of learning?
  • Who is responsible for knowledge sharing and knowledge management at organizations?
  • What are organizations doing to encourage knowledge sharing?
  • How do leaders participate in knowledge sharing?
  • What kind of knowledge is captured?
  • How is this knowledge organized and how can organizations make it accessible, findable, and helpful to employees?
  • What best practices can we learn from top organizations?
