We find ourselves in a remote world today. Some of us have been here before, while for many others it’s the first time figuring out how to stay in touch, maintain productivity, and keep our teams aligned in the isolation of our living rooms. So, how are other sales teams making the transition? What tools have they adopted, best practices have they implemented, or initiatives have they taken on to continue driving revenue? During this session we’ll share actionable examples of what you can do today and in the short- and long-terms to continue enabling your sales team from anywhere in the world, at any time.

In this democast you will learn the steps you can take:

  • to empower your sales team with the resources and support they need to work remotely
  • in the short-term (next month) to maintain your sales team’s productivity, encourage open communication, and train employees while remote
  • in the long-term (next year) to continue enabling your remote workforce, communicating changes, and aligning on goals.
