Sahra Kaboli-Nejad has been working at Culture Amp since January 2019, and her passion lies in helping organizations make data-informed decisions around their people problems. She has had a wide range of experiences, including working internally and externally with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and experience. She has a master’s in industrial organizational psychology and is currently pursuing her doctorate from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Her research interests include the role of job advertisements in career preferences, gender differences in academic interests, and employee engagement.
Brit Ferguson has been with Culture Amp for almost three years and is currently leading our New York customer success team. She has experience in partnering with our enterprise and mid-market segment customers to ensure they’re implementing the best possible people strategies to improve their employees' everyday work experiences. She is passionate about improving the world of work through the partnerships we form with our customers and the People Geek community.
