Wilson Rumble is the senior content manager for the sales enablement community of practice at ATD. Wilson’s mission is to strengthen and cultivate the sales enablement community worldwide—individuals who are uniquely positioned to equip salespeople with the actionable tools, coaching, and resources they need to increase sales productivity.
Over the past 25 years Wilson has served as a quota-achieving sales leader, trainer, coach, marketing presenter, and manager for enterprise and mid-sized IT organizations. As the lead sales enablement facilitator for the Oracle Digital public sector hub, Wilson has spent the past three years onboarding, training, and coaching sales reps and managers to success.
Dayna Williams is the vice president of training solutions at Caliper. She has consulted with enterprise and mid-sized organizations on talent development and performance initiatives since 2006. Dayna specializes in instructional design strategy and sales training.
Throughout her career, Dayna has worked with hundreds of clients in financial services, insurance, technology, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and professional services. She has served on various nonprofit boards, most recently as the president of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Philadelphia Chapter, where she is a board advisor. Dayna is a thought contributor and author for ATD National's Sales Enablement Community of Practice. She served as the programming chairperson for their 2018 Sales Enablement Learning and Leadership conferences and will continue in this role throughout 2019.
Dayna recently co-authored the Amazon bestselling book Sink or Shine. She has a graduate degree in organizational change, enjoys mentoring young professionals, and frequently speaks at events across the country.
