Implementing role plays can help create enthusiasm and engagement in your training sessions. This interactive learning tool and strategy focuses on not only personal but also group learning objectives.

During this webcast, you will learn the practical skills needed to run role plays effectively. Not all companies can hire an actor. That means you, as a facilitator, may need to play this role or have other participants do so.

Expect to receive significant information so you can feel confident to guide role plays and the feedback process related to them. We will use relevant examples to explore the different methods and show how important it is to give feedback in a way that creates change.

In this webcast, you will learn:

  • the theory and methodology of training acting and how to use it
  • a variety of practical exercises that you as a facilitator can use with your groups
  • the procedure for guiding a role play and giving feedback.

Effective role play provides insights, creating dramatic changes lasting long after the “show” is over. So roll up your sleeves and see how role play can make your next training a resounding success, with rave reviews and real results—no theatrical experience necessary.
