Are you having trouble convincing leadership of the need to move from training to learning?

Today, the situation may look bleak. You can’t train as fast as people need new skills. Digitization and artificial intelligence are impacting how jobs are done and which jobs are needed. As a result of the “speed of business”, skill gaps are growing while time available for training is practically nonexistent.

The future becomes bright when you move from “training” to a “culture of learning”.

ATD defines a culture of learning as one in which employees continuously seek, share, and apply new knowledge and skills to improve individual and organizational performance. It’s the “continuously” part that ensures skills keep pace with the speed of business, perpetually upskilling and reskilling. That’s learning. Not training.

While this may be obvious to you, how can you convince senior leaders?

In this webcast, together we will build a business case you can present to your senior leaders to help them understand the magnitude of the skill-gap problem they face and how a culture of learning can help solve it.

Join us for this informative session! When you register, please be sure to submit a question that you are hoping the presenter will answer during the webcast.
