Emerging talent—defined as those with less than five years of full-time work experience—is a challenging group to develop, but this webcast offers recommendations and best practices for doing so. Drawing on data from ATD’s new research report, Emerging Talent: Developing Early-Career Employees, the webcast will focus on the skills emerging talent are most lacking, the training actually offered to emerging talent, and methods used to assess the needs of this group. We’ll also examine the delivery methods most commonly used, as well as the career development opportunities available and the frequency of career discussions.
