To adapt and survive in times of great change, organizations must take advantage of every bit of organizational talent. This is particularly relevant in healthcare. As the healthcare industry continues to evolve, leaders face many challenges: aggressive growth, competition, changing payment models, advanced technology, a multigenerational workforce, and more. Leaders must build an organization capable of adaptive growth while engaging the hearts and minds of all the workforce.

In this webcast, you will learn about:

  • the design of a year-long program focused on building leadership effectiveness
  • the results of a research study designed to measure the impact of this program
  • specific leadership behaviors that drive engagement in the workplace.

Michael Easton

Performance Improvement Project Manager, Valley Children's Hospital

Michael Easton spent the first 15 years of his career in academia and aerospace, where he honed his skills in data science, systems engineering, project management, Lean 6 Sigma, and business strategy. He now has the privilege of bringing these skills to other industries, and currently works at Valley Children's Hospital as the performance improvement project manager. In his spare time, he provides consulting services, manages several websites, and engages in dangerous (and ill-advised) woodworking practices. He holds a BS in engineering physics, an MS in systems engineering, a PMP certification from PMI, and several patents.
