In today’s competitive business world, most organizations face dramatic shifts in who provides influence; one “great leader” at the top can no longer have all the answers. As a result, the ability to influence up the organizational ladder is an essential skill for professionals at all levels. Today’s organizations need people who are able to influence regardless of the position they hold.

In this webcast, you will learn:

  • The importance of influence at all levels of organizations.
  • How to evaluate the importance of six influence factors.
  • How to analyze your use of trust-building behaviors.
  • How to use a planner for influencing conversations.
