Joe LiVigni is the director of training and development at Capsim Management Simulations. Joe has more than 20 years of experience in corporate settings; he’s held training, sales, and management roles, including 10 years in the pharmaceutical, consumer products, education, and nonprofit industries. Joe has been a lead facilitator of Capsim business simulations since 2013 and has taught at organizations such as Merck KGaA, BP, GE, DigitalGlobe, Gore Medical, Universal Orlando Resort, Regions Financial, and EMD Serono. He has designed and developed tailored training programs for those organizations as well as Grant Thornton, Cummins Mid-South, Nitto Americas, and several others. He has also worked with Harvard Business School, Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and EDHEC Business School to instruct and design custom programs for executive education and MBA levels.
Joe is an adjunct instructor at DePaul University, teaching strategic management. In 2015, he received a master of science in training and development from the University of St. Francis. He is currently pursuing a master of science from Michigan State University in management, leadership, and strategy. Joe is also a certified MBTI and Hogan Practitioner.
