Adult learning and technology can be a messy mix. This isn’t to suggest that adults can’t “use the Google” or load an app. It suggests that adult learning theories must be taken into consideration when choosing the appropriate learning technology tools. There’s hype around badges, but do they drive learning and behavioral changes? We flock to microlearning because of short memory, and mobile learning to meet on-the-go lifestyles...but where’s the hype about andragogy and experiential learning?

In this webcast, you will:

  • Explore adult learning theories.
  • Consider how to apply the theories when choosing the right tools for adults.
  • Compare a few tools to see how they meet adult learners’ needs.
