Joe Koller is a detail oriented and enthusiastic learning manager with advanced technical ability. He currently manages a team of two learning specialists and two analysts along with the analysis, design and development, and project management for global operations training programs at Tiffany & Co. He administers a SAAS learning management system with localization and mobility. Joe’s specialties include identifying skills and knowledge gaps and providing solutions to fill them; instructional design; e-learning development; project management; video planning, shooting, and editing; training evaluation; survey development; learning management system administration; onboarding and workforce planning.
