Gamification is a hot topic that’s showing up everywhere, including in employee training and learning. Game-based learning offers an opportunity to keep learners engaged in your L&D program, and a 2017 study found that a growing number of employers (35 percent of those surveyed) are incorporating games and gamification into their learning strategies.

In this webcast, we will cover:

  • Why games have such tremendous potential in learning and development
  • The difference between learning games and gamification
  • How employers can add games to a learning and development program.
